BOOKING INFORMATION
How do I book a bus ticket?
  • Enter the city you want to board the bus from.

  • Choose the destination where you want to go to.

  • Mention the date you want to travel the bus on.

  • Select the number of people you want to book bus tickets those who travel with you.

  • Once you click on ‘Search Buses’, a list of available bus options come up with live inventory.

  • Choose the number of seats most appropriate for you.

  • Enter the passenger & contact details and ‘Proceed to Pay’.

  • Enter your card/ banking details and click on ‘Pay Now’ and you’re done.

How do I print my ticket?

Under ‘Print Tickets’, enter your golofty.com PNR Number and Email Id which you have entered at the time of booking. Click on the ‘Print Ticket’ option to get a printout of your ticket.

Can I make changes to my ticket once booked?

Sorry, once your ticket has been booked and sended to you through sms/email, you cannot alter any details.

How can I pay for my bus ticket?

If you purchase your bus ticket online, you can make your payment using a credit card, cash card, debit card,wallet and internet enabled online bank account.

Can I pay for someone else's bus ticket?

Yes, you can pay for someone else's bus ticket. It is not necessary that the person paying for the bus ticket needs to be the passenger.

CANCELLATION INFORMATION
Can I cancel my bus ticket?

The tickets booked through golofty.com can be cancelled before the cutoff time on the day of journey which is the start of the bus at the first boarding point. Cancellation terms vary from bus operator to bus operator.

How do I cancel a ticket?

Under ‘Cancel Ticket’, enter your golofty.com PNR Number and Email Id which you have entered at the time of booking and click on ‘Cancel ticket’ and you will be notified.

How do I know the status of my ticket after cancellation?

Go to ‘My Profile’ on golofty.com and sign in with your user details to check all your booking reports.

REFUND-INFORMATION
How and when will my refund be processed on a cancelled bus ticket?

Your refund will be processed within 7 business days from the date of your cancellation request to your credit card/debit card/cash card/bank account as was used for making the booking initially. The refunded amount will reflect in the next billing cycle of your credit card or in your bank account statement/cash card account.

If I miss my bus, am I eligible for a refund?

No refund will be processed if you miss your bus.

How much luggage can I take on the bus?

The luggage policy varies from operator to operator. You can contact the specific bus tour operator on the details mentioned on your ticket for details.
