We provide bus travel booking services through the Website (the "Services").
These Terms solely govern access to end use of the Website. We do not provide service itself but engaged as a platform to create a convenient bus booking portal where travelers and operators connect. In order to provide a comprehensive choice of bus operators, departure times and prices to customers, it has tied up with many bus operators and service providers. We advice customers to choose bus operators they are aware of and prefer to the operator's service they are comfortable with.

You need a supported Web browser to access the Website through your desktop or mobile. You acknowledge and agree that the performance of the Website is automatically adjusted on the performance of your computer or mobile equipment and your Internet connection. You are responsible for conserving the confidentiality of your account information including your password that resides with you in respect of any account on the Website. You are responsible for all uses of your registered account(s), whether or not actually or expressly authorized by you. You are responsible for verifying and maintaining the protection, security, and distribution of your account information, including account numbers, user name, and passwords.
Visitors on our website are kindly requested to fill the details for ticket bookings with all necessary fields mentioned there and submit the same online. Upon further process of the booking request or travel inquiry, we will send confirmation message containing your booking details to you. We may also get in touch with you with the exclusive feature of GoLofty defined as Reminders to inform you again about your journey details prior to traveling. In the event, if travel requirements are not clear in the booking form submitted by you to us, our team may contact you via email or phone no. provided by you in the booking form. No booking is considered as unless we received payments in our account. Passengers are also requested to carry a copy of the ticket (it may be print out of the ticket which is e-mailed). Identity proof (Aadhaar Card, Driving license, Student ID card, Passport, PAN card or Voter ID card). We are not responsible if failing to do above causes inconvenience.
The bus operator's bus not departing/reaching on time.
The bus operator's employees being rude.
The bus operator's bus seats etc not being up to the customer's expectation.
The bus operator canceling the trip due to unavoidable reasons.
The baggage of the customer getting lost/stolen/damaged.
The bus operator changing a customer's seat at the last minute to accommodate a lady/child.
The customer waiting at the wrong boarding point (please call the bus operator to find out the exact boarding point if you are not a regular traveler on that particular bus).
The bus operator changing the boarding point and/or using a pick-up vehicle at the boarding point to take customers to the bus departure point.
The arrival and departure times mentioned on the ticket are only tentative timings. However, the bus will not leave the source before the time that is mentioned on the ticket.
Our customers will avail the benefits of paying by their Credit Cards, Debit Cards (Visa or MasterCard), Net Banking using our ‘Secure Online Payment Gateway’. And also using the most updated and trending wallets of different companies.
All cancellations must be intimated through the website only. Telephonic cancellation will not be accepted as ‘cancellation request'.
The Amount will be refunded through Electronic Transfer.
The Refund of amount will initiate after deducting the applicable cancellation Charges and service charge and both will be settled within 7 to 10 days of the day of cancellation request approved by us which are sent to respective payments company for clearance.
Any additional services in the form of amenities for all buses listed on our portal have been provided by the bus operator. Kindly note that we only provide information like this on our websites whatever operators want to be provided. If any unconvinced caused in the matter of video, air conditioning, and any such other services are not our responsibility. Any refunds/claims due to non-functioning or un-availability of these services need to be settled directly with the bus provides. All disputes are subject to Indore jurisdiction.
